Wow! It's over so soon! Of course I would like to win, and this time around I noticed that I had a lot more discipline to stay on course. Although my weight loss does not reflect it, I improved my lean body mass to what is required to my age and height. I lost inches on my waist and got firmer. I know this coming cycle I will focus more on bringing my percent of body fat down 9.3% from what it is today which will bring me to my ideal weight which is 150 lbs. This makes me very happy and proud for I have achieved a discipline never displayed before in my life. It has raised my confidence in knowing that I do, and have done, achieved my goals. I have learned to appreciate my body and discovered what a wonderful and valuable machine it is. I have really increase my appreciation for life.
