Hola, mi nombre es Vianey Aquino, tengo 22 años y soy mamá de un niño de 1año y medio. Decidí inscribirme al reto porque después de tener a mi hijo, tuve un cambio físico muy notorio, mi autoestima bajo mucho y no me sentía segura de mi cuerpo. Toda mi vida desde los 4 años práctico Artes Marciales pero ni entrenando mucho me ayudó a regresar a mi peso anterior.
