Estoy muy contenta con mi resultado ya que sentía que me había estancado porque no hago mucho ejercicio y con los viajes se me complica ser disciplinada con mi alimentación. Baje 4 kilos en total y una talla.
Empece el reto porque varios amigos se unieron al reto y eso me animo.
Hago ayuno intermitente desde hace 2 años y lo que hice diferente fue hacer ejercicio 3-4 veces por semana corro 5km, evito los refrescos y el azúcar.
Me tomo 1 cápsula de repair y una de probiotics al despertar, más tarde una Shake con super greens y mis enzimas en cada comida. Cuando necesito más energía me tomo un sobre de berry blast.
Gracias al reto estoy más comprometida a seguir con buenas hábitos y ver aún más diferencia.
