Hey beautiful people,
The best body challenge has been such a amazing experience.
My goal was to gain 2 extra kilos of musclels and get rid off the fat.
I was also planning to win the challenge for my nieces and get them set of essential oils, which they love so much. Now looking at my pictures I am not sure if that is for win, but I feel like never before.
I have actually gained 3,5 kilos and I am just grateful for the challenge as it gave me the pulling power in the moments when I didn’t feel like doing what I intended to do.
Last 6 weeks was definitely the most intense in my exercise history as i would miss only 1 day in week doing a CrossFit.
I would have every day the best tasting chocolate YOR shake, which gave me needed energy before, during and after training.
In the morning I can’t wake up without the YOR super greens.
The biggest credit I would give to the YOR repair ultra muscle recovery, which speeded up the muscle recovery and made the every day muscle pain nearly enjoyable ??.
