Hello YOR Health family. My name is Shouana and I was very skeptical when I first heard of YOR Health from my mother because I firmly did not believe in an easy weight loss program. After seeing her results 2 weeks into her challenge, I decided it was time to make a change in my life. I joined YOR Health with the help of my amazing mentors Karen and Xang. It was a struggle in the beginning since I am a food lover and emotional eater.
Since I work between 9-11 hours a day at a clinic with patients 5 days a week, it was difficult to break away from work to take my pills. During the challenge I caught a bad flu and could not exercise for 3 weeks. Typically, my workout routine involves an hour of high-intensity interval training. I did cheat a lot during my challenge by eating a full dinner instead of taking my shake and eating out on the weekends.
Overall, I am very pleased with my results. I started this challenge at 156lbs/70.8kg and currently weigh 146lbs/66.2kg. I have lost 2in/5.08cm around my waist and 3in/7.62cm around my midsection in 8 weeks! I can finally see curves on my body that I thought I never had. I feel more energized, healthier, and less bloated. Thank you YOR Health!
I did not have time to snack in between meals, but I did drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. My regimen is as follows when I did not cheat on my diet.
Breakfast: 2 slim pills, shake (1 scoop of fiber, 1 scoop of super green, 2 scoop of vanilla protein), 2 vitamins
Lunch: 2 slim pills, salad with lots of protein (chicken/beans/chickpeas/etc.) and light dressing, 1 digest ultra, 2 vitamins
Dinner: 2 slim pills, Shake (2 scoops of vanilla protein), 2 vitamins
Before Bed: 2 probiotics, 2 repair pills
