Hello, I'm Daniel Aguilar. I'm 28 years old, and live in San Antonio, TX. This is my fourth Yor Best Body Challenge and my first challenge after becoming a dad. I had to stop training after my daughter was born so that I could take care of her and by doing so I gained about 6 pounds and lost a lot of muscle in a few months. I thought that I would have to start all over from scratch to get back to where I was and that it would take the same amount of time or more. I knew that Yor Health had been great in the past for me so gave it another shot. When I started to use the Yor Health supplements I was able to get back on track really quick. I just didn't get my weight back but also I regained the lost muscle without all the struggle of soreness and pain. I was able to pick up right where I left off only after a couple of weeks of training by having a healthy diet, and consuming the Yor Health Supplements. I was even able to beat my own record on a 5k run. After seeing the results I realized that I shouldn't have stopped using all the supplements that Yor Health has to offer.
