I’m in the Challenge of YOR Health because to me it has not only meant a positive change in the way I see myself and other people see me, it has been something that came to break out my paradigms and my limits because I had never thought I would have had the results I’ve had until now.

This has allowed me to have more confidence in myself. With the Challenge, now I have the certainty that all the goals I set for myself I can accomplish them if I believe so with action, constancy and discipline.
In order to have these results I took all the products, my regimen starts at 6 am with one capsule of Probiotics and 2 of Repair with one YOR Shake with 2 scoops of Fiber and one of SuperGreens. After that, I go to the gym and do a different weight routine every day, and because I have a job, I only have a chance to do a 45-min workout; after the gym I have breakfast with 2 capsules of Digest Ultra and 6 Vitamins. Into the morning I have a SuperGreens with ice, water, apple juice and chilli powder and other solid snacks. At lunch I have 2 Digest Ultra before the meal as well at dinner. In the afternoon I have a YOR Shake again as a snack and at last before bed I take 2 Repairs.

But nothing of this wouldn't been possible if not all my supporters was by my side helping me.
