Hi I’m Christian I’m 28 from Penrith Australia.

I got into the Yorhealth products after a friend of mine swore by them and tried the challenge before but never quite made it, I tipped my heaviest at just over 80kg and knew I had to try harder. This time was different as I was focused and determined and had my wife involved as well every day of the challenge!

The last 8 weeks have been quite the slug with work increasing and the pressures of life seeming to increase so to see the results I did with that going on has been great. I found the Yorhealth products especially my morning shake and essential oils have really helped with that

I would make myself a super greens shake every morning which consists of 1 scoop super greens, 1 berry blast, 2 scoops of fibre and a few drops of lemon oil. I took the multivitamin every night before bed and took 2 super slims daily and a digest ultra after lunch and dinner

The shakes gave me such a boost every day and I now have them constantly replacing sugary cereal or an up&go. Whenever I felt the tiny signs of a cold I would double the vitamins and use the essential oil diffuser with eucalyptus to blast it away, the boost oil made my focused work sessions from home seem to fly and my productivity was higher

For workouts I took up Aerial Silk classes with a very motivating trainer and would train usually twice per week. I played goal keeper for a local indoor soccer team and then went to the gym 1-2 times a week. Unfortunately I broke my finger playing said soccer with two weeks to go on the challenge which meant I couldn’t train the last two weeks so I think I can achieve even more the next time I do the challenge
