Hi my name is Chloe Neyle I’m 29 from Penrith Australia.
I decided to take the challenge when I tipped the scales over 70kg a number I’d never hit before nor did I ever want to see on the scales. When it finally did happen it was time for a change as I started to hate the way I looked in clothes and was feeling really depressed
I had a super greens shake with berry blast and fibre every morning and took the super slim and digest ultra with each lunch and dinner
I fell sick twice during the challenge but thanks to the bare oils eucalyptus in the diffuser at night it helped me bounce back quickly and I wasn’t out of action for very long.
I took up pole class and aerial silks classes for fitness during the challenge which was twice a week and it really helped rather than a gym as the team and other ladies were super supportive along the way
I feel so much better now that I’ve completed the challenge and can see the results on my body and thankfully the kgs dropped as well!
I have my super greens shake every morning now to start the day and while I have a few things in life to take care of over the next couple of months I look forward to doing another challenge shortly to tone and keep working towards my goals.
