Primero que nada comencé este reto porque soy un hombre de familia de 40 años, feliz con mi esposa y 2 hijos de 4 y 1 año de edad, y quiero tener una mejor Salud por mi y para ellos. En retos anteriores, solo consumía los quemadores de grasa, pero para este reto me hice el propósito de cambiar mi estilo de vida hacer ejercicio y además de tomar los quemadores de grasa también desayuno malteada de vainilla y mi mezcla metabólica con aceites esenciales de limón, toronja jengibre y menta, amo la menta jejeje las enzimas las tomo en los primeros bocados de los alimentos y me.sientan muy bien otro de.los suplementos que se han convertido en mis favoritos son EL Repair en estas 8 semanas e bajado 9 libras porque mi estilo de vida a mejorado mucho!
