My name is Caleah Xiong and I am 19 years old. I was actually 140 pounds when I started to decide to make a change in my weight and life style. I became a vegetarian and started working out. But when I started the challenge when I was 132 pounds. After the challenge, I am currently 119 pounds now. I have lost 13 pounds from the challenge. How I decided to join the 8 week Challenge was due to seeing photos of YorHealth coaches posting photos of actual people making a change in their life. Reading their testimonials made a big impact for me because of how different people go through different things. I too, go through things in life and of course it is difficult for me. I needed a change. Seeing how drastic the changes were made me feel some type of way. It made me feel like I could be apart of that change.



I must say, yes, I am young but hear me out. Before the challenge, I was diagnosed with depression and went through a lot of things my earlier teenage years. I felt alone and unconfident a lot of times and did not eat nor sleep right like I should. I went through a lot of personal things that I shouldn’t at a young age. I was never big to begin with but after going through many things over the years mentally and physically my weight went up along with it. I knew I needed to do something about it. That’s when I decided to become vegetarian and started working out. I knew I loved animals and needed to eat healthy, so I decided to change that. I also did minimal exercise that I could do since I was never a heavy hard-core workout person. But I still was not losing any much weight or looked how I wanted too at all. I was still not content and happy.



When I started the challenge, I was unsure about it, I won’t lie. But it changed my life completely! I haven’t felt so much healthier and happier. I am so glad I changed my lifestyle and learned how to at a young age. Now YorHealth products are literally my best friend. I love them all, but my favorite would have to be the Digestive pills and Berry Blast. They keep me going all day and help me a lot. I no longer feel depressed as I workout 5 days a week. Now they say working out reliefs stress and I know it took mine away! As I don’t just do minimal exercises like I did in the past. I took out the negativity in my life and focused on myself. I now have a routine I have everyday and that really helps me a lot since I am a very busy person with going to school full time and working full time. I love the fact that my coach gives me a time management plan and helps me thoroughly and checks up on me. She really helped me a lot and help motivated me a lot when there was not anyone else too. YorHealth products actually helped me mentally and physically. My skin is also much clearer as well as I do not break out anymore honestly. I also know how to eat much healthier and learned different ways of how to eat a vegetarian as well. I honestly extremely happy I took the chance to do this challenge. 8 weeks actually did a lot in my life and I am so glad to be apart of it. I do not regret any of this as I continue to live this lifestyle. I love my body even more and is confident. I now love who I am and plan for it to stay that way.
