Hola a tod@s, es un gusto participar en este Reto de Yor Health.
El haber iniciado Detox 360 fue algo sorprendente.
Al inicio tenia un peso de 67,500 kg. y con una talla 9. Ahora tengo un peso de 61 kilos y con la talla 7. Estoy feliz.
El reto lo iniciaba con Yor Probiotics Ultra, en posterior ´una gota del aceite de limón en un vaso con agua y tomarme el Supergreens, así mismo esto era a partir de las 6:00 a.m.posterior 40 minutos de natación, en seguida mi malteada Yor Shake. Antes de los alimentos el Yor Digest Ultra.
el almuerzo y la comida lo integraba de proteinas, vegetales y grasas.
El Yor Berry Blast, hizo que me activara de una manera natual.
Antes de las 7.00 de la tarde-noche ya estaba tomando nuevamente mi malteada Yor Shake.
