Este reto quise subir de masa muscular, subir de peso, estar físicamente más grande; pero sin perder tono muscular.
Se me estaba complicando dedicarme al ejercicio como yo quería debido al trabajo por eso decidí unirme de nuevo al reto. En cuanto termino un reto y me pierdo en la rutina empiezo a ver cambios en mi abdomen, fuerza, etc.
Por lo que decidí comprometerme de nuevo al cambio positivo. Me gusta entrar al reto seguido, de manera que me mantenga enfocado.
Hacía ejercicio de lunes a viernes, 2 horas al día.
