Hola Soy Mel Basualdo de Argentina, tengo 35 años. Vivo desde hace 10 años aqui en Mexico, esta vez no entrene mas que la última semana del reto 1hr en las mañanas en Ayunas con entrenamiento funcional, lo que ven es casi todo es resultado de la Buena Nutricion y aplicarme al DETOX...
Mi dia inicia tomando 1 Repair en la mañana en ayunas y otro antes de dormir, las Enzimas Digestivas con los 1ros bocados de mis Alimentos y 2 Vitaminas, Super Greens con YOR Fiber Plus para abrir mis Ventanas de Alimentos, 2 medidas de MUSCLE Energy para Hidratar durante el entrenamiento y 2 Cup de MRP Vainilla y Muscle Energy al acabar entrenamiento durante esa última semana y estoy súper contenta porque a pesar de haber entrenado tan poquito los resultados son excelentes, no cabe duda que la Nutrición es la Base de Nuestra Salud !!
