Hi everyone, my name is Hong Gao Chen, I am 20 years old. I am from Quincy and currently a student at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

I decided to take part in this challenge to push myself to new limits and embody this new healthy lifestyle. I want to push myself out of my comfort zone and be the best that I can possibly be. I want to prove myself.

After this 8-week Challenge I went from 171 lbs/ 77.56 kg to 167 lb / 75.75 kg; now I feel healthier and more confident about my body.
