En este reto lo que me sorprendió es que el peso lo mantuve igual ne 52kg pero logré definir másmis brazos y piernas.
Lo que hice fue en ayunas tomar dos Yor Shape y antes de entrenar el Berry Blast. Me mantuve haciendo ayunos de 18 horas, y para romper ventana tomé el Supergreens y una hora después la malteada (a veces combinada con la vegana), con la comida tomé una enzima diestiva, dos Yor Shape y 3 Vitaminas, y antes de dormir los probióticos y dos enzimas reparadoras.
Las primeras cuatro semanas estuve entrenando para le 21k, que son entrenamientos enfocados en correr y las siguientes 4 semanas entrené crossfit, 4 o 5 veces por semana.
Este reto me encantó porque me dí cuenta de que enfocada en los resultados que quier conseguir y haciendo las acciones diarias que sé que me van a llevar a eso es seguro que lo voy a lograr, y con los suplementos todo es más simple y me siento de maravilla! y por añadidura estamos inspirando a más personas a que lo hagan, una de ellas es mi papá!!
