Hola soy marissa , bueno yo fui gimnasta de alto rendimiento asi que el deporte y cuidarme siempre han sido porte de mi dia a dia .
Hoy tengo 42 y hace unos años atrás subí de peso unos 10 kilos , así que me volví a meter al gimnasio y andaba buscando alternativas para bajar mas rápido cuando me hablan de Yorhealt , en estas 8 semanas me he sentido de maravilla con mucha energía, tengo mas fuerza para hacer ejercicio, me canso menos y he visto resultados mucho mas rápido .
