Hola!

Estoy muy contento de haber terminado mi reto, y aunque pareciera que estoy inflando mi abdomen, no es así! De plano me estaba alimentando muy mal hasta que decidí ingresar al gimnasio y tomarme los productos de acuerdo al sistema detox.

Por la mañana tomaba probióticos, luego a media mañana al romper ayuno tomaba mi supergreens con fibra, media hora después el yor shake.

Algo de berry durante el mediodía.

Por la tarde iba al gimnasio de 3 a 4 veces a la semana. Depués de ejercitarme tomaba mi yor shake con 3 scoops.

Estoy contento porque pude comer lo que yo quería sin limitaciónes, aunque estoy consciente que pude haber tenido mejores resultados siguiendo una alimentación más sana :D

Es dificil para mi subir de peso, terminé con 63 kilos y sobre todo pude aumentar masa muscular, con el yor shake los resultados son rápidos!
