Mi nombre es Carlos Enrique Vasquez , tengo 52 años, practico Running , Crossfit y Muay Thai.
Decidi entrar a este primer reto para aumentar la masa muscular
Me senti con demasiada energia al hacer el entrenamiento en el Crossfit
Nunca me habia sentido con tanta energia , regularmente entreno 8!pm y a esa hora ya tenia sueño antes de iniciar este reto
Utilice Muscle Energy antes del entrenamiento

En 8 semanas me di cuenta del aumento de masa muscular y musculos mas definidos
Hacia ejercicio 4 veces por semana
