Hey guys! I'm Brendan and this my journey on how I am making a change in my life!
My before weight starting this challenge 8 weeks ago is 78kgs. I've only had a slight weight loss previously, but I'm still not happy with where I'm at.
My after weight now is 74kgs!

I exercise about 3-4 times a week for about 1-1.5 hours at Function Fit Morningside which is a mixture of technique, functional and weight training to incorporate a little bit of everything in my daily routine to stay active.
The challenge has transformed me over the past year, whether it would be through nutrition, exercise, health on the inside and even everyday lifestyle. It has allowed to instil confidence within me to improve every single day to become better than the person I was yesterday, all thanks to YOR Health, the YOR Best Body Challenge and everyone who has supported me throughout my health and fitness journey!
