I’m 25 years old. I’ve done the challenge before but never made it count because I was always embarrassed and afraid I’d lose the weight and not be able to keep it off. With on going work and picking up a second job due to unexpected financial hardship, I fell off the wagon a couple of times. This time, I wanted to make it count. I wanted to feel good again and my clothes kept getting tighter even when I had limited time to eat. Perhaps all my weight gain was coming from poor sleep and easy access to fast food to make up for lack of time.

In joining the challenge again this time even though I had little time to myself to truly work on my body, I still managed to lose 8lbs!! Some days, which was 3/7 days a week, when I did my Yor Regiment of two meals and replacement of one 2 scoop of Yor chocolate/vanilla shake with either a drop of peppermint bare oil, orange bare oil, lemon bare oil or cinnamon bare oil instead of solid meals. I also did 2 superslim an hour before every meal. Sometimes when I’m not running short of time, I’d do 1 scoop of supergreens and berryblast in the morning in place of my usual coffee. I also only did about 30 minutes of cardio and weight lifting 2 days of the week (weekends when I was off work) I found I had so much more energy and could stay awake better throughout the day when I was taking my yor supplements.

Thank goodness for Yor Health supplements, I can’t wait for the next challenge, I’m 8 pounds closer to my goal!
