My name is Jefferson and starting this challenge I wanted to push myself to increase results. My starting weight at 118lbs I want to lean out and increase definitions. I love the complete burn and use it every 2-3 hours once I'm up. I exercise through mostly light weights and light cardio every morning following the vanilla mrp and supergreen with fiber after workouts. All the other products I take just regularly like how the company regimen suggests. Throughout the week I regularly exercise everyday, mostly in the morning is when I have the most time. Sometimes when I'm working out extra hard, I take extra repairs after my workouts to help my body recover. I love the products because they keep me going longer and stronger throughout my workouts and helps me see the results I want faster. Through this challenge I have learn that persistent is key and having a goal/vision of what you want and where you want and the willingness to work hard and get there is how things can be achieve.
