I decided to enter the 8-Week Challenge, because i was not happy with my health and fitness, i was comfortable with the way i looked and i am travelling to Bali in the next couple of weeks, perfect time to get lean, sculpt and get that summer body.

I was always quite active during my studies, i would always play sport and go running. But i went overweight after being thrown into work for 1 year and i wanted to take this opportunity to get fit again.

At the start of my challenge, i was training about 3 - 4 times a week when had the chance or when i wasn't working. Obviously eating correctly and taking the supplements to the best of my ability, to keep track with my daily regimen. I would train about 3 - 4 times a week then having one or two rest days depending how i felt. Also going for 8 KM runs once a week.

Upon rising, i would take my YOR Probiotics and YOR Repair Ultra followed by YOR SuperGreens / YOR Fiber Plus and YOR Berry Blast shake in the morning, and have YOR Essential Vitamins and YOR Digest Ultra with my meals.
