Mi Nombre es Denys Andrea tengo 31 años, decidí entrar al reto por salud, tengo un bebé de casi 1 año y entre en embarazo y el post-parto subí 20kg.
Hago ejercicio de 3 a 4 veces por semana, mi reto fue dominar lo antojos pero gracias al SHAPE fui controlándolos.
Al despertar tomo 3 gotas de escénica de limon, PROBIOTICS, REPAIR y SHAPE.
Antes de irme al gym 6am en agua tomo el green con berry y así tengo energía para mi entrenamiento, al regresar del ejercicio tomo mi SHAKE ya sea de vainilla o chocolate con agua y hielos junto con el FIBER.
En cada comida me tomos mis VITAMIN y en la comida fuerte 1 o 2 tabletas del DIGEST.
En las colaciones como manzana o pepino con jícama .
En la cena vuelvo a tomar mi SHAKE de vainilla o chocolate con leche vegetal y antes de dormir tomo mi REPAIR.
Baje 5.5 kilos y 3 tallas
