Hola! Soy Adriana Edith Pérez Torres y soy originaria de la Ciudad de México. Estoy muy contenta por haber concluido mi segundo reto, me siento mucho mejor que en primero, quizás porque ahora me veo y me siento mucho más delgada.
En esta  ocasión solo baje 2 kilos/ 4.4 libras, inicie con 69 kilos/ 151.8 libras  y mi peso actual es de 67 kilos/ 147.7 y grasa corporal baje tambien 2 kilos/ 4.4 libras.
Les explico como he ido logrando mi objetivo:
Llevo un ayuno de 16 horas dejo de comer a las 8:00 pm y rompo mi ayuno a las 12:00 pm.
Comienzo mi día tomando 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra, y un vaso de agua con unas gotas de bare olis de limón. Rompo mi ayuno (12:00 pm) con GREAT•greens, a las 2 horas como algo balanceado. En la cena (7:00 pm) me preparo la malteada YOR Shake o una cena balanceada. Junto con una cápsula de Yor Digest. Durante el ayuno tomo el YOR Berry Blast, café y agua mineral con limón.
Realizo ejercicio de 4 a 5 días a la semana aproximadamente de una hora treinta minutos a dos horas, así que antes y después de entrenar tomo el GREAT•protein junto con el YOR Muscle Energy.
Todavia me falta reducir más grasa y comenzar a tonificarme. Así que continuar motivada para lograr mi meta.
