My name is Bernardette Cassar from Melbourne, Australia.
I’ve been taking the YorHealth suppliments for around 20 months now. I’ve seen great improvements in my health.
I’m a regular gym goer. I attend gym 7 days a week and before I started taking the products I had to see the chiropractor every month with joint pain. Now as I take all the suppliments especially the YorHealth Ultra Repair. I can feel my body repairing itself.
The suppliments I would take would be as following;
I would take in the morning the YorHealth Supergreens and fibre and berry blast. Also take vitamins, Ultra repair.
With my meals I would take Ultra Digest, vitamins.
And at night I would take the Vitamins, probiotic and Ultra Repair.
With my workouts I would take the Yorhealth BCAAs.
For this challenge. I did strict diet. Clean eating and regular weight training 6 days a week and HIT training 2 times a week and cardio every other morning.
I have been sitting at the same weight for months and couldn’t dropped. But this time I am very happy with my results.
I’ve dropped 5.8kg in 8 weeks and a total 4.5% body fat.
My energy levels are through the roof especially when I take the supergreens in the morning.
I’m very happy with my results and can’t wait for the next challenge as my overall goal is to lose another 10% body fat.
