Hola a todos mi nombre es Daniel Aguilar, estoy terminando mi 5 reto de YOR Best Body y me siento muy contento con los resultados. Comencé con un peso de 148 lbs / 67 kg.y estoy terminando con un peso de 150 lbs / 68 kg. Pude aumentar 2 lbs / 1 kg. de masa muscular y reduje mi grasa corporal en un 1.8 %.
Durante las 8 semanas del reto me apoye con el ayuno intermitente de 16 horas diarias y usé los productos Yor Berry Blast cada mañana en ayunas, Yor Super Slim por la mañana y al medio día, para romper mis ayunos use Super Greens y media hora más tarde tomaba el Great Greens (que voy a extrañar.) Por las tardes después de una comida saludable tomaba Yor Muscle Energy antes de mi rutina de ejercicios de unos 40 minutos a una hora al día.
En este desafío me acerqué un poco más a mi objetivo y aprendí que ay que ser constante y disciplinado para llegar a cumplir metas.
