Hola a todos soy Alain tengo 33 años, soy chef, me gusta realizar actividad como gimnasio y correr
Decidí entrar a este reto porque para mi es muy importante cuidar mi salud ,antes de este me sentía agotado ya que me costaba trabajo recuperarme entre sesiónes de entrenamiento y pesaba 86kg, después de este peso 81kg y me siento vital y lleno de energía .
mi régimen fue el siguiente:
al despertar yor supergreens y bare oils de toronja.
2 Essential vitamin junto con la comida.
antes y después de la actividad física, 2 dosis de Yormuscle.
al dormir yor fiber plus
la ultima semana use yorshape antes de
la cena.
Realice ejercicios anaerobico 3 veces a la semana y aeróbico 2 días.
