This is my 2nd cycle of the 8 weeks challenge. It has been an amazing journey so far. I lost another 15lbs this cycle resulting in a total weight loss of 35lbs. When I started my weight loss journey, I weigh 170lbs. Our 8 weeks system made it totally easy to follow and convenient to my busy schedule. I'm a full-time mom and career women. To balance nutrition and fitness was out of the question until I joined the 8 weeks challenge in March 2018 and the most supportive group of people. I went from an XL shirt size to Small and pants size 14 to 6. This is not the end. I will be working on some sculpting next cycle!!
This is my regiment:
Probiotic in the morning
Supergreens and berry blasts for gym
Shake with fiber for breakfast with 2 vitamins
Light lunch with 2 digest and 2 vitamins
Healthy snacks: fruits and nuts
Shake with fiber or light dinner with 2 vitamins
Take 2 Repair before bed
Use lots of essential oils and Amber Serum for skin and tummy problem areas
