Holaa como estaan???? mi nombre es Ana Flores!! y este es mi segundo reto en adelgazar por lo cual estoooy muy muy feliiiz!!!! agradecida con Yorhealth por la oportunidad de poder tener mi cuerpo y mi organismo sano, nutrido, limpio pero sobre todo una mente sana!! no solo son los cambios fisicos si no los de l mente y el corazon!!!!!
lo que yo consumo es delicioso y aparte muy facil!!!!
por la mañana al levantarme! me tomo una capsula de Probiotics Ultra

y acto seguido mi mezcla metabolica que sabe delicioso y consta deaceites esenciales que son jengibre, menta, limon, canela, toronja.

despues combi mi supergreens con un berry blast !!!

Yor shake de vainilla o chocolate

antes de la comida me tomo una capsula de Yor shape, y en la hora de la comida con mis primeros bocados una capsula de or digest!! no se imaginan como facilita mi digestion!

despues otro supergreen y para finalizar mi Yorshake de nuevo y antes de dormir una o dos capsulas de repair!!
