Hola a todos!
Soy Armando de Tampico, tengo 32 años.
En este reto , entrené duro de Lunes a Viernes, rutina de pesas y cardio. Ya tengo 2 años haciendo ayuno intermitente, hago dos ó tres días de ayuno, de 18 a 22 horas, a veces ayuno 24 horas, sólo un día. Los demás días hago entre 4 y 5 comidas diarias. Me suplemento con lo mejor de YOR Health, Yor Shake después de entrenar ó por las noches. Durante mi entrenamiento YOR Muscle Energy.Enzimas y vitaminas en cada comida. Tomo la mezcla metabólica en cápsulas, para ayudar a quemar grasa.
En este reto logré bajar2 kg de peso, pero subí y me mantengo con masa magra, bajé hasta 10% de grasa corporal y me siento con más energía a la hora de entrenar.
