Hello,

My name is Robert and I have been working as a Pharmacist for almost a year now. I was surprised to see how many medications some patients take to control diseases that are preventable. For example, I often see some patients as young as 30 being prescribed blood pressure medications simply because they were overweight from lack of exercise and poor nutrition. Therefore, I decided to partake in this challenge to remind myself the importance of taking care of one's health even though life can get very busy. I exercised 3 to 4 times per week and ate healthy meals while using the YOR Health products to help fill the gaps with my nutrition. I definitely feel like I have more energy during the day and my digestion has never been better.
Furthermore, I deeply feel that YOR health has also taught me about the importance of setting specific goals and achieving them through patience and being disciplined.
