Estoy muy contenta por retomar el reto de 8 semanas, soy mamá de 2 niños y tengo 38 años, decidí unirme al reto de nuevo porque me gusta cuidar mi salud y sentirme bien físicamente y sobre todo en el área digestiva, por lo general los alimentos me inflaman el estómago conforme va avanzando el día, los suplementos de YOR me hacen sentir como si tuviera 15 años de edad ( sin ningún trastorno digestivo) es muy fácil incluirlos a mi dieta y me siento muy bien y con el abdomen muy desinflamado. Por las mañanas tomo el YOR Shake de chocolate con una gotita de canela, al comer me tomo un Digest ultra y por la tarde un Súper Green, y las YOR Essentials vitamina las tomo diario también. Yo practico Yoga diariamente, y los suplemento me ayudan a darme energía ,también tomo el el Berry blast en ocasiones. Me encanta sentirme bien y sobre todo que la gente que a mi alrededor lo note!
