Hola, mi nombre es Ana, vivo en Monterrey y estoy super feliz por haber terminado mi primer reto porque vi muchos cambios. El principal padecimiento que noté que mejoró fue la inflamación y la hinchazón en mi abdomen y cara.
Al final logré bajar 4 kilos y disminuir de gran manera el porcentaje de grasa. Por lo mismo, más que bajar de peso, logré bajar de medidas, que eran 98 cm de cintura y terminé el reto midiendo 92 cm.
Además, durante el reto me sentí y me siento más a gusto con mi cuerpo, más ligera, con más energía y siento mejor mi ropa. Todo eso fue gracias a tomar Super Greens, Yor Shape, Yor Digest, Yor Repair y Yor Shake cada día.
