Yo adquirí un paquete fitness, tomaba mi malteada como colación, entre desayuno y comida y entre comida y cena, solo media porción, en la comida tomaba 1 enzima digestiva junto con el alimento, mis probioticos en ayuno 30 minutos antes del desayuno, los berryblast los tomaba 30 minuntos antes de irme a entrenar y al terminar tomaba mi muscle energy y al acostarme me tomaba mis reparador (2 capsulas)
