¡Hola a todos!
Acabo de tener un ciclo muy distinto a cualquier otro, por tratar de igualar el anterior del 3º lugar. Lo mejor de todo fue no solo mantener mi peso, sino subir dos kilos para llegar a 60.
De nuevo mantuve mi régimen con la linea de nutrición de Yor Health, junto con la Detox 360 y ayunos de 12 a 14 horas.
Las ultimas tres semanas me enfoqué un poco mas en carreras y trabajo de pista, entrenando entre tres y cuatro días por semana.
A pesar de haber salido como ganador voy a seguir inscrito a cada ciclo que pueda, aun me falta tener la última playera disponible, la de CAMPEÓN... así que primero Dios nos vemos en el próximo Escaparate.
