Hola todos! Tomé todos los suplementos diario de la siguiente manera:
Al despertar con agua natural:
1 cápsula probiotics
1 cápsula de repair
Desayuno:
1 medida de jugo verde
1 sobre berry blast
1 medida de fibra
2 vitaminas
Comida:
Variada todos los días (carne, pescado, pollo, verduras, comida mexicana incluso a veces comida chatarra) pero siempre con 2 cápsulas de shape antes de comer y 2 vitaminas junto con 1 cápsula de digest!
Entrenaba en el gimnasio cardio corriendo en la caminadora para quemar calorías ya que mi meta era bajar el índice de grasa corporal después hacia pesas y poleas o aveces calisthenics en las noches o nadaba en la piscina aproximadamente 3 veces por semana por 1 hora.
Tomándome siempre el muscle energy durante el ejercicio.
