I started the challenged as a motivation to loose weight and discipline myself to better dieting habits and nutritional balance. I've been replacing meals, especially breakfast with the shakes and throughout the day I take the supplements, starting with the vitamins, the probiotic, and the reducer slim pills in the morning. Right before meals I take the digestive pill and two more slim pill in the afternoon.
I've been also replacing coffee with the energizing powders mixed with cold water.

Overall during these weeks I felt energized throughout the day, been able to sleep better and just feeling good and positive about a few pounds less. I believe self-esteem plays a big roll and observing results has strengthen my self-esteem in this process.
