My before weight was 66kgs and my final weight is 58.5kgs so I’ve lost a total of 7.5kgs in 8 weeks. I’m very happy with this result and am hoping to lose the last 1.5kgs in the next week and a half to achieve my goal weight before my wedding. The products I used daily to help me achieve this was the Supergreens, Berry Blast, Digest Ultra and Probiotics. The last 2 months have been very hectic living a busy lifestyle working, volunteering, travelling and planning a wedding so I haven’t had too much time. I exercised as often as possible so do half an hour of stretches about 4 times a week and go to gym about 3 times a week. I have also just celebrated my hens last weekend and had numerous functions during the last 2 months. However this challenge has made such a great impact on my life and I’m feeling a lot more confident in myself. I’m making better diet decisions and drinking a lot less alcohol. Even though my wedding will come and go it’s made me realise how small daily decisions that I would have never thought twice about before I will now and I’ve ordered extra products for our honeymoon and I’m looking forward to not only doing more challenges in the future but making better lifestyle changes going forward.
