I’ve never really liked gyms, but I finally found one where I was comfortable and didn’t get nervous going to. After joining, I decided to take on the 8 week challenge to improve my health and overall fitness, so I know I could look at myself and be comfortable within my own body.
I have always been very active with sports including netball and swimming, however I never really looked into the health side of things and always just ate whatever I wanted without realising the consequences it has to my body.
Throughout the 8 week challenge I have been going to the gym 4-5 classes, including a personal training session to focus more on heavier weight based exercises. I have been taking YOR probiotic upon rising in the morning, followed by a super green shake which includes the super greens, Fiber and Berry Blast to get all the nutrients I need first up in the morning. Throughout meals I would also take YOR digest Ultra. I also take YOR Repair Ultra to ensure my body gets the maximum amount of rest needed, and to ensure a sufficient recovery. I couldn’t thank the YOR Health Range enough, for helping to make me feel so much better in my everyday life routine!
I am feeling so much more confident already after my first challenge and I cannot wait to begin a new challenge to improve even further.
