Mi nombre es maria angelica sandoval tengo 64 años y soy diabetica desde hace 30 años..incie este reto con 97 kilos y termine con 91 kilos, hize este reto porque tengo la necesidad de seguir bajando de peso por mi salud .. y los productos de yorhealth me han ayudado bastante sobre todo a controlar mi glucosa ya que me era muy dificil.
Camino 40 min diarios de 3 a 4 dias, me tomo el aceite de limon y canela todas las mañanas en ayunas, una gota de cada uno en un vaso de agua, hago ayunos de 14 hrs todo los dias y abro ayuno con los supergreens luego le sigo con yorshake y en cada comida una yordigest y una yorvitamin..las cuales me han ayudado muchismo para las enfermedades de vias respiratorias que tiempo atras siempre batallaba con eso.
Me tomo una capsula de yordigest con cada alimento y me ayuda con la digestion ya que por mi diabetes siempre padecia de colitis y problemas para digerir alimentos
Me he sentido muy bien con este estilo de vida y lo mas importante es que mi glucosa ha mejorado muchisimo porque ha estado muy estable.
