My name is Pang Chang and I am 29 years old. My whole life, I've always been a big person. I remember always being fearful of being ridiculed for my weight.
As I got older, I gained more and more weight. At my heaviest, I was 250 lbs. I got diagnosed with diabetes and polycystic ovarian syndrome. I had back pain and ankle pain due to being so heavy. Even with these physical complications, I felt like I was holding on to years and years of weight that I wanted to release. Not physical weight, but emotional and mental burden. The heavy feeling inside your heart. To put it simply, deep inside my heart, I wasn't happy. I wanted to change.
My good friends introduced me to yor health and I am so grateful for them. By taking yor health supplements and exercising, I was able to lose 23 lbs. I started the challenge at 213 lbs and I am currently 190 lbs.
In the mornings, I start my day with two superslim and wait 30 minutes before I make my shake mixed with supergreens and fiber. I also take two vitamins and a probiotic. At lunch, I take super slim again and usually just have salad with lean protein. After a couple bites, I take two vitamins and two digest ultra.
In the evening, I take two super slim, drink berry blast and go to the gym after work. After the gym, I make my final shake with fiber. I snack as needed if I feel hungry in between meals.
Having completed the challenge, I feel so much better, physically and mentally. Before I had a lot of pain associated with being heavy but now it has lessened. The challenge has also shown me that I am capable, driven, focused and disciplined. It allowed me to push myself further than I ever have to achieve something that I truly wanted and to focus on myself. I am so proud of what I have accomplished.
