Hola a todos! mi nombre es Andrea Vargas tengo 26 años Y este es mi quinto ciclo del reto de ocho semanas!
en los retos anteriores me había dedicado completamente a bajar de peso y grasa corporal en este caso fue distinto me dediqué a cambiar un poco mi dieta y aumentar mi masa muscular y mi peso
por las mañanas tomaba Yor Shake con fresas y avena me ayudaba con la energía
en mis comidas aumente un poco las porciones de proteínas y carbos junto con mis enzimas digestivas que me apoyaban en cuanto a mí digestión
para antes de mi entrenamiento tomé muscle energy entrenando 5 días a la semana el cual favoreció mucho a mis entrenamientos de alto rendimiento
por las noches igual mi Yor Shake y mi cena normal, gracias a todo logré subir mis pesos en CrossFit y mis marcas que en este reto fue mi objetivo!
