Inicie este segundo reto pesando 83 kg y mi meta fue bajar 2 kg y recuperarlos en masa magra, termine pesando los 83 kgs iniciales y cumpli mi cometido pues inicie con 67.7 kg de masa corporal magra y termine con 71.3 kgs.. contentisimo pq fueron mas de 2 kilos!!!!!!!!! en % de grasa corporal inicie con 16.4% y termine con 14%...
me tome todos los productos lo que es lo mismo el paquete best body, por las mañanas probioticos y mi malteada con fruta y en algunas ocaciones con berry blast, trate de comer siempre en casa para evitar comida poco saludable y esto acompañado de mis enzimas, cena ligera con encimas, de lunes a viernes por las mañanas sali a correr y despues algo de ejercicio en casa, al terminar mi malteada con super greens y antes de inicial mi actividad fisica un complete burn -3 al dia-, mis ultimas 3 semanas me inscribi al gimnasio para tonificar un poco.
estoy muy contento con el resultado final de este ciclo pero se que aun me quedan algunos detallitos por corregir para tener el resultado que deseo asi que para mi tercer ciclo cambiare algunos habitos y voy a ir con TODO!!!! gracias a El Reto hoy gozo de mas energia y vitalidad para realizar mis actividades diarias.
