Me felicito a mi misma por completar un ciclo en el reto, realmente me costaba el ser constante y a pesar de que no logre mi meta de peso estoy sorprendida al ver las fotos con los resultados que obtuve después de estos dos meses en el reto.

Mi primer mes del reto hice ayuno intermitente de 16 horas, acompañando mi almuerzo con Digest y Super Greens, por la noche cenaba malteada de chocolate.

Además de hacer 1 hora de ejercicio tres veces por semana con rutinas de ejercicio funcional.

El segundo mes mis rutinas de ejercicio se intensificaron con rutinas de peso, velocidad y resistencia, lo cual me ayudo a disminuir mi porcentaje en grasa y aumentar mi masa muscular.

El hacer ejercicio se ha vuelto un hábito es parte de mi rutina diaria y no puedo faltar un solo día al gimnasio, me gusta lo que estoy construyendo con mi cuerpo, aunque los resultados no son tan rápidos y aún requiero cambiar ciertos hábitos alimenticios ahora me alimento con conciencia de que es lo que le doy a mi cuerpo, el reto de 8 semanas me ha ayudado a retar mis limites.
