I often find it hard to keep motivated during the colder months in Melbourne winter, which can effect how I feel / look about my body and myself
I decided it was time to enter the 8 week challenge to help transform my self imagine and keep myself motivated with a fun goal to work towards for the warmer months :)
I take the whole range of YOR Health staring with the super greens, berry blast and fiber shake first thing
I also use peppermint bare oil in my morning tea
I take the ultra digest with my 2 main meals saving me from bloating along with the multi vitamins
I the have my ultra repair and probiotic of an evening before bed while diffusing my favorite sweet dreams blend.
I exercised once a day walking my dog and also did resistance training 3-4 times a week
I noticed when following the challenge, I started to feel better in myself and my work outs, the way I was eating improved but I still enjoyed some fun food with out bloating, and i was getting a much better rest of a night.
Thank you yor heakth for helping me get back on track and feeling so much better about myself
