Inicie con un peso de 92 kg y el día de hoy estoy pesando 87 kg, me siento realmente bien y fue algo muy bueno para mi poder participar en el reto de 8 semanas, ya que me mantuvo motivada y firme cuando pensaba en no continuar.
El paquete que yo elegí fue un paquete balance, me ayudo mucho porque realmente era muy sencillo de seguir, me tomaba mi MRP temprano junto con mi fibra antes de irme a la oficina y estando ahí me tomaba mi delicioso supergreens con eso me alcanzaba perfecto para llegar a la hora de la comida sin hambre y justamente en la comida me tomaba mis enzimas digestivas que son una maravilla, la verdad que mejoran mucho la digestión, créanme, se los dice una persona que batallaba mucho para ir al baño.
