Mi meta era bajar en % de grasa pero sin perder el músculo. Siempre he sido muy delgado, pesaba 56-57kg. Este ultimo año hice un gran esfuerzo por comer un poco más y ejercitarme en el gym. Logré llegar a los 63kg. Pero como no hacía ejercicio cardiovascular, estaba perdiendo la condición física. Se me hacía imposible mantener la masa muscular y tener condición física.
