Ha pasado bastante tiempo desde que conozco el reto, me he inscrito a muchos desde hace 4 años; sin embargo esta es la primera vez que realmente me comprometí conmigo en ser constante y hacerlo de la manera correcta. Tuve la inspiración de mi amiga fer que siempre me ha demostrado con su ejemplo que puedes tener el cuerpo que quieres, y gracias a su inspiración hice las cosas bien. Realize el ayuno intermitente y en mis periodos de alimentos consumí mis productos. Al despertar, tomaba 2 repairs y 1 probiotic, después esperaba mi hora de apertura de alimentos e iniciaba con mi súpergreens; un poco tiempo después tomaba mi proteína y a la hora de la comida comía una enzima digestiva y 2 vitaminas y durante mis alimentos consumí alimentos ricos en grasa como aguacate, aceite de coco, entre otros. Me discipline con el ejercicio, me inscribí al pilates e iba 3 veces a la semana. Gracias a comer alimentos saludables me dejaron de dar antojos por chucherias.
