Hi, My name is Sandy Xiong. I am 25 years old. I started Yor Health about 1 and a half years ago. I started off @ 220lbs. I was able to loose 25lbs in 7 weeks!
But then I had a downfall, my grandmother had passed away and I completely fell off the wagon.
So in June of this year, Mai, my sister in law who introduced me to Yor Health invited me to the Rise Above event in Anahiem, California. Being there at the event really opened up my eyes.
When I got back, I was feeling so pumped and ready to go! I put my foot down and told myself no one is going to stop me this time. So i entered in my 8 weeks challenge and started again weighing at 190lbs. This time I knew i was going to be able to drop another 20lbs or so because i did it before. I lost 5 lbs my first week! I was so excited and so happy. I had also did measurements, because i felt like i saw more results than i saw the scale.
As my 8 weeks challenge began to end i felt that this isnt the end for me, but it is actually the begining! Today, I stand at 183lbs. Losing about 7 pounds. Aside from that I lost 4 inches off my belly, and about 1 inch everywhere else. Although my weight didin't show a dramatic change I am very proud to say I've done it!
For the products, I take all of them.
The supergreens and berry blast with a drop or two of Lemon oil. Along with 1 vitamin. It's helped me boost my energry and keeps me going throughout the day, also when i workout and do my mile or two walks.
Then I take my shakes for lunch or dinner, which is two scoops of vanilla and one scoop fiber. Following that i also take 1 vitamin each time.
I take the Ultra digest everytime I eat a meal or when i do my shakes for dinner.
I also take the probiotics before bed.
What Yor Health has helped me and benifit me through out all of this is, it has helped me with my weight loss, a better life style and becoming more healthier. It has also helped me learned a lot about the nutritions and vaitamins that's good for the body and it has opened me up to having an open-mind.
